Tristan is an agent and industry leader with Compass. Since 2014, Tristan has produced over $125+ million in residential sales and developments. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Million Dollar Guild Member, a Diamond Award winner from the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, and a SOAR Awards Top 2000 Agent, who has also been recognized by the Wall Street Journal’s RealTrends.
Tristan is not just a real estate agent, but an entrepreneur and industry leader with experience far beyond the transaction of property. Moving to Nashville in 2008 with no job, no connections, and very few resources, he quickly carved out a path of business successes, running his first multi-million-dollar business by the age of 26. He has since founded, sold, or invested in multiple companies in a variety of industries. Tristan’s extensive business and investment background has led to him being called “The Entrepreneur Agent,” both for his track record of entrepreneurial success as well as his savvy understanding of what his business-minded, successful clients need.
As a seller’s agent, Tristan provides services that are individualized and effective. Keen negotiating skills, stable of vendors, professional resources, enhanced marketing, and a deep community network help to produce results that his clients expect. He has successfully sold homes ranging from $200,000 to $8,000,000 for clients ranging from first time sellers to seasoned property owners of multi-million-dollar homes.
As a buyer’s agent, Tristan’s honesty, market insights, thorough knowledge of construction and design, and listening skills help identify his client’s true needs and wants and deliver on their dreams of homeownership. Beyond the typical transactional services, Tristan helps deliver distinctive service to his clients through his level of taste, his understanding of architecture and interior design, and his deep rolodex of vendors, professional services, and tradespeople—far more than just transacting real estate, Tristan help his clients find the home of their dreams.
The culmination of these experiences has resulted in a fine-tuned approach to real estate, where a passion for design, architecture, and project success meets the grounded, intuitive knowledge gained from hard-won experience. Now, Tristan’s passion is advising and teaching people how to be successful with real estate in three ways: 1) helping his successful clients buy and sell luxury properties for maximum gains in both lifestyle and investment, 2) working with a select group of clients to invest in and develop real estate for generational wealth, and 3) helping other agents and investors elevate their careers and wealth building activities in real estate.
In addition to his work in real estate, Tristan gives his time to a variety of community-oriented initiatives. He is a regular member and previous emcee of L’Ete de Vin, the nation’s longest running charity wine auction. In 2018, Tristan and his wife Carrie launched Acton Academy Nashville, an affiliate of the Acton Academy network. Acton Academy is a now-global initiative to bring primary education into the 21st-century and dedicated to inspiring each child to see life as a Hero's Journey, where someone with curiosity and character can find a ‘calling.'
